Can A Child Be Given Fludrocortisone And Hydrocortisone For Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia?
My baby ananya 3.5 year female suffering from congenital adrenal hyperplasia. She is on hydrocortisone 7.5 mg and fludrocortisone 250 mcg daily. She has hair fall problem from 10 days. When from dose of above medicine are increased. Is this hair fall problem due to these medicine?

Increase in dose does cause some alteration in hair pattern as when the steroid level are high they may cause Hair loss.
