Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

I do not think there will be any bruise due to L5-S1 disc herniation. it might be due to something else.

But I would like to ask you, are you having excruciating pain in the region of the bruise?

Getting it Physically examined by a physician will be always advised as ignorance cannot be benefitted.

You should take Physical therapy to help reduce the pain for the disc herniation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
