i am 33 yrs old and married. i just did curettage 2 weeks ago becoz of death conceptus(5 weeks).my doctor told me that i have severe cervical erosion, and told me to do cauterized 2 months from curettage. I did not want to be cauterized.i am planning to be pregnant soon. is it ok to be pregnant on this condition(have cervical erosion)? or do you have advise,is there any medication for cervical erosion? Thank you
Conception is possible but carries a high risk. Although there is no specific medication to help treat erosion, I would suggest an elaborate evaluation by your doctor and for you to be under repeated and high level supervision during your pregnancy. If all goes well, you should have an uneventful pregnancy resulting in a healthy child.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
