Can a foot drop be treated. All the doctors I ve visited told me there s no treatment for foot drop. They ased me to wear specially designed shoes but It was of no use..! 4 years later I got dis problem when a syringe was bein injected in my back accidentally punctured a nerve which supports foot

hi i m sorry to see your concern for footdrop.it is not clear what extent of ?nerve damage is done.it needs detailed neurological assesment of nerve and muscles of foot.sensory,motor,or both involvement by your neurophysician.there are possibilities available by surgical means ,depending upon the status of nerve damage. thanks .i will be happy to answer futher quaries.
