Can A High Dose Of Paracetamol Affect The Liver?

Hi there, a friend of mine recently took 5 panado (active ingredient being paracetamol) . I know that a high enough dose of paracetamol can cause fatal liver damage/failure. What would a lethal does of panado be ? I m unsure of her weight , about 65 Kg and aprox. 130-140cm YYYY@YYYY

Five panado won't cause fatal liver damage. However, I recommend to be more cautious next time, not to use it often the following days.
