hello doctor.. I am a mother, 27years old. my height is 160cm and i weigh 105kg. i need to lose 50kg. I weighed 112 kg last month and by dieting i lost 7kg. But it isn t going below 105. whatever i do, it remains the same. i am totally demotivated. please help me. i don t have any thyroid issue or hormonal imbalances. i checked everything recently. please help me doctor. should i take weight loss pills? which one should i take?
