Can A Person Having 104 Degree Not Have Any Aches Or Sweating?

My brother is said to have a 104 degree fever. Not sure if the thermometer is right though. But he doesn't have anymore aches or sweating as far as well can tell. And he says that he feels fine (not up to par of course). My mom has touched his head too and she said it doesn't feel that hot....so now I am not sure what to do.

hi, absence of aches or feverishness donot rule out fever. Sweating occurs only in some conditions or when a drug is given for fever. keep checking him periodically and consult a doctor. hope this helps..
