Fever, Body Aches Turned Into Horrible Back Aches

hi, i had a fever on monday night until last night (wednesday night) along with the most awful body and joint aches and pains I have ever had. It also hurt to breathe and cough; and during the worst of it I thought it might be turning into pneumonia (which ive had before) however, yesterday evening my dry cough turned into a productive cough so I thought I was getting better. My fever had broken this morning, but I have had the most horrible back pain today. so painful at times it made me nautious today...it feels like a burning pain (like having a sunburn), because it hurts when you lightly rub your hand across my back, but my husband said it didnt look red (and I havent been out in the sun, but I thought maybe the heating pad I had been using had maybe burned it) but with it not being red, we didnt think this was the case...it does still ache like body aches along with the burning and radiates down into my hip area and times
