Welcome to HCM. It looks to be a boil, usually occurs due to bacterial infection. You can use sterile needle to puncture it and drain out. Take antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic to subside the infection. Also tale nsaid to subside the pain, redness and swelling. Do regular cleaning and dressing with anti septic liquid and apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid on it. Consult family physician for further guidance and medications.
