Can A Recurring And Painful Mole Indicate Cancer?

Hi!im 29 years old,5ft and 2inches height,45kls.i have an allergy,i take anti histamine drugs.I have a mole in my upper part of nose between my eyes.2004 i went to dermatologist,the Dr. take it off.but last year i notice that it came back.Now it becomes much bigger,it is brown in color,itching,and it has hair.I want to know if its cancerious.i'am so stressed about it.pls answer my quiery.Thank You.
