My friend have a menstrual problem she had a small qty. of bleeding on 1st day spot on next day she is 23 working girl unmarried please tell which tablet to be taken?

hi,thanks for query.Sorry dear without proper examination nothing can be advised.There could be various reasons for this like anemia,thyroid problem,hormonal imbalance etc.Please ask her to see a gynecologist and get her self examined and to find out the exact cause.The treatment depends upon the cause.
