Hello,
It is possible that the consequences of the abortion may have caused this secondary infertility. This can happen if there was some infection subsequent to the abortion resulting in blocking of the fallopian tubes or endometritis or endometrial synechiae. Hormonal imbalances are another possible cause. If you wish to have another child now, you should consult a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation, tests for tubal patency and a trans-vaginal sonogram. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
