Can Adenomyosis Patients Conceive?

I was just diagnosed with adenomyosis yesterday after a laproscopic procedure. She did not find any endo, but my questions has to do with conceiving. Will I still be able to conceive with this condition? Any birth defects? I've never heard of this until yesterday..
