Can Adol-suppository 125mg Be Given After Child Vomits After Paracetamol Syrup?

hello, my son 6 years old had a fever 38.6 last night we had given him 10 ml paracetamol syrup twice since last night, now he is complaining stomach pain and vometted the 3rd dose of paracetamol. can i give him adol suppository 125 mg?? what else i should do now? please help and advise??

Yes.As he had vomited the oral dose suppository is advisable.

But as your son is 6years old 125mg will not be enough for him.
He will require a dosage of atleast 200 mg.(little more than 3/4th of a 250mg suppository)
