Can Alcohol Cause Fatigue, Watery Eyes And Morning Cough?

hi my brother drinks beer everyday about a shortcase . he has been exspiencing phatiue . morning couph , his eyes watter like hes crying . he sometimes notisces an odor from his sinuses maybe when putting his head down then back up agin . he hardly ever eats . were afraid that antibiotics wouldnt help becuase of the alcohol

There are two aspects of his problem.One is alcohol dependence and second infection nasal sinuses.If consuming alcohol in a dependence pattern he may feel drained out ,loss of appetite etc.Odour suggests possible infection and needs to seek an ENT specialist.Though alcohol does have interaction with lot of medications ,not seeking treatment or avoiding treatment can worsen the problem.
