Hello,
You are suffering from unrelenting headaches and loss of taste. You feel stressed out and can't speak. Headache can be caused due to dehydration, working on lap top or PC for long, skipping meals, stress,
tension headache,
cluster headache,
sinus headache, etc. Headache will go away by treating the cause. Take adequate amount of water, get treated for your sinus problem, stay away from stress both emotional and physical, do not skip meals.
Adjust your laptop screen brightness, avoid noisy and crowded places, you can take
Acetaminophen or Combiflam to get rid of headache, take coffee, cool compress may help, turn off the lights, take a walk in fresh air. Loss of taste commonly occurs due to
mouth dryness, deficiency of vitamin B12 and zinc, chemical exposure, tobacco use, GERD, Infection, dental problems, etc.
An impaired taste issue can result in malnutrition, dehydration, paralysis, and the spread of infections and diseases such as cancer. Take food rich in vitamin B12 and you can also take supplements. Stay away from addictions if any. Ginger can stimulate your taste buds, cayenne pepper may help clear any sinus blockage that is causing your impairment of taste. Lemons and apple cider vinegar can be helpful to stimulate your taste buds.
Cinnamon is a powerful motivator for taste buds. You may just need a supplement to restore a deficiency in nutrients. Try taking supplements. If you are suffering from the cold, allergies, or flu, antihistamines or decongestants may be used. If you still continue to have taste buds problems, get clinically examined by an
ENT specialist and a
dentist. Get treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
