Hello,
You had tooth extraction done, thereafter had an abscess on your gum and also had side of your nose swelled up. You had abscess on your gums, your gums got infected. Dental complication can lead to spread of the bacteria. Air filled spaces behind the cheek bones can get infected called
maxillary sinusitis that may cause swelling, tenderness, pain, fever around the cheeks.
Swelling on sides of the nose and thick nasal secretions may occur if ethmoidal sinus is affected.
Sphenoidal sinus when infected cause swelling on either side of the
nasal cavity. Get X-ray PNS and other required imaging tests done, get your sinus problem treated. You are also suggested to get your dental problem properly examined and treated. You may need a course of antibiotics orally. Take
analgesic to reduce swelling and discomfort when needed. Take care of your
oral hygiene. Gargle and rinse with warm salt water after every meal.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
