General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Upper respiratory tract infection is usually self limiting and there may be persistent residual symptoms due to persistence of hyperactivity of the airway.
Monticope being mast cell stabiliser is not definitely indicated instead Normal saline nebulization will be more beneficial.

Take care
