Hi doctor my blood and semen analysis is as follows, Hemoglibin%-10.2gms/dl Random bloid sugar-132mg/dl semen analysis color- whitish, volume-2.0ml, liqification-normal, viscosity - normal, total sperm count-95millions/ml, active motile-50-60%, sluggish-20-25%, dead motile-10-15%, pus cells-2-3/hpf, impression-normal study

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection. It is not normal.
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like sperm count and motility is within normal limit.
