Dear patient.
Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.
I very well understand your concern about the anal fissures and the groin swelling. I will try my best to answer your question and guide you through your problem.
Anal fissures are caused due to damage to the anal mucosa. This area is drained by the pudendal group of
lymph nodes which are located in the pelvis. The anal fissures cannot cause enlargement of the right inguinal lymph node.
You have fever and
chills along with right inguinal lymph node enlargement. this can be from any of the following:
1)
Injury to right leg/ foot and super added infection
2) Penile or scrotal pathology with infection
3) Sexually transmitted infections like LGV,
Chancroid,
Syphilis.
You need to have a clinical examination done by a physician along with some tests like urine routine and microscopy to reach the diagnosis.
I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
