Can Antibiotics Be Continued For Recurrent Hematuria?

My father is 59 Years old. He was implanted a stent on 2010, and doc has prescribed metolar XR, ramepres, Atorlyp 10,ecosprin75.He is using these medicines regularly. And there is no problem regarding heart now. Last 3rd September 2017 he was admitted hospital due to hematuria, and prostate become enlarged (38.9mm×47.3mm×43.6mm)and it s weight is 42gms. We had consulted with a urologist he prescribed 1.Loxof 500 OD×10days then NIFTAS 100 OD ×(10days) 2.potrate MB6 3.SILOTIME D at bedtime ×3months But on 27th Septether hematuria happened again. And we have continued the LOXOF 500 OD again for 10 days by consulting a doctor as the doctor is not urologist.. So I m asking here that should we continue the antibiotics as the urologist prescribed before or stop the antibiotics!!! And the urologist will come again on 14th October.. So what should we do now?
