Can Antibiotics Reduce The Effect Of Birth Control?

i got my depo shot may 20, i started taking metronidazole a couple of days afterwards i have also been having unprotected sex, now im spotting,do antibiotics decrease the effectiveness of birth control, is there a chance i could be pregnant or get pregnant?
