Can Anxiety Caused Chest / Shoulder Pain With EKG Fluctuation Be Serious?
I'm not feeling well slight pain in chest and shoulder, 45 yr old female, went to cvs to ck b/p machine said 158/75. I have had similar pains before and have been told by cardiologist its anxiety ekg 14 days ago normal. Should I be concerned right now?

The blood pressure readings which you have mentioned are on a higher side.
I would suggest you to go for a repeat EKG. If this comes out to be normal, the other most probable reason would be anxiety.
Consult a psychologist. Psychological therapies like biofeedback and progressive muscle relaxation will help.
