Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading 2D Echo Result?
i have done my mother s 2D echo yesterday. the report is 1 : Mildly dilated LV and LA size, Good LV systolic function. 2 : No RWMA at rest. 3 : Reduced LV compliance. 4 : Mild TR, AR and MR, mild PAH. what does this mean .......please advise me sir / madam

According to report there is mild dilatation of left atrium and ventricle.
It is good that left ventricular systolic function is good however there is reduced compliance of left ventricle.
There is also mild tricuspid regurgitation,aortic regurgitation,mitral regurgitation and pulmonary artery hypertension.
