Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your blood report interpretation is as follows:
1. The red blood cell count (RBC count) is within normal range.
2. The white blood cell count (WBC) is within normal limits.
3. The differential white blood cells counts i.e. percentage of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes and eosinophils are within normal range.
A lymphocytes at 48% with total white blood cell counts of 5200 is also within normal range.

Thanks and take care
