First of all there is decreased hemoglobin with mild microcytosis, with hypochromia, and increased obc count,. Of which most are lymphocyte. And most importantly, basophil is present. Also there is thrombocytopenia.
I think you have to test your blood from a higher laboratory, because, here, no comment is given about the cell morphology. Sometimes blast cells are mistaken for lymphocyte. The report indicates either there is a viral infection with anemia or there is some blood disorder which should be studied very carefully, and immediately.
So, do a test again and upload the report . I will see it.
