Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. You have severe microcytosis with hypochromia possibly due to iron deficiency. Get your iron studies done to start required treatment. 2. After start of treatment, 15 days later, get a reticulocyte count done to evaluate response. 3. HDL is too low. Weight reduction, aerobic exercises and low fat nutritional diet is necessary. Blood urea nitrogen will improve with nutritional diet. Also take plenty of water. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
Hi, dear your report suggest that you have severe anemia. your hemoglobin is very low. mostly it is due to iron deficiency anemia. you should search for the cause. there may be GI bleeding. Go for ultra sound abdomen. search the cause. Take treatment of your cause and also take iron therapy to restore iron and Hemoglobin level. Moreovver your cholesterol is altered. you have very low level of HDL. Go for complete lipid profile test. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
