The CT scan report reveals following remarks: - Bilateral Conchabullosa - Inflammatory Mucosal Thickening in both maxillary sinuses. these are no kind of life threatening.....
this report is related with some kind of allrgic rhinitis......
need no to go for surgery.
it will be best to take some ayurvedic medicine and get rid from your problem within 2 months...

This is not life threatening problem.
go for proper antibiotic course for 7-8days.
Take decongestant tablets.
Do nasal inhalation with vicks or balm.
If it is not cleared you might have to under go for surgery.
