Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Sonography Results?
hello
i am 38 years old my wife 34 we have one daughter now we planning for second child. i have a quary about my wife's sonography report whcih says , uterus is anteverted enlarged in size measuring 87*41*68mm and demonstrates normal echotexture. endomertrial echo is normal. normal contour.
Septated cystic lesion with internal echoes measuring 37*35*33 mm is seen in right ovary.
left ovary measures 33*20 mm is mormal in six=ze and demonstrates normal echotexture.
there is no r=free fluid in cul-de-sac.
there is no significant retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy or ascites.
is normal or it has any problem
please guide me

Hi...the uterus is enlarged in size...suggestive of a pelvic inflammatory disease... along with enlarged right ovary with cysts...better consult a gynecologist for physical examination to arrive at a diagnosis and management...
