First of all congratulations. Report shows the length of foetus means CRL is 19.5 which is corresponding to 8 weeks 4 days pregnancy. EDD means expected date of delivery is nearly same as calculated by last menstrual period and sonography criteria. It suggests foetus has growing well. There is no growth lag.
G sac means a structure in which foetus live known as gestational sac . Its diameter is also corresponding to foetus age.
Everything is completely fine. Just do follow up as advised by your gynaecologist.
