DRBelow is my Semen Analysis report Please suggest Volume 3 ML Color Whitish Reaction Alkaline Odour Normal Total Count 25 Million Active Motile 40 Sluggish Motile 10 Non Motile 50 Pus Cells 6 8 DR,Below is my Semen Analysis report Please suggest: Color: Whitish, Volume: 3 ML, Odour: Normal, Liquification: 30 Minutes, Reactioin: Alkaline, Total Count: 25 Million, Acitve Motile: 40%, Slugglish Motile:10%, Non motile: 50%, Pus cells: 6-8/HPF, RBC:NIL, Epithelial cells: Occasional. Please tell me is it correct? or wat i want to do? please

Your semen analysis report you have posted is normal and there is no problem but just in case you want to increase the sperm motility or to maintain it in better way you can take antioxidants like lycopene;Co-enzyme Q 10 etc if you are trying for a baby if not then it is fine.

your counts are fine but u seem to have a little infection. get semen culture test done.

in your semen count is low(60 to 120)and your active motile sperms should be at least 50% .but you don't worry first you have to conslt a good infertility specialist and look for varicose vains becoz this can produce such values if it is there correction of it will improve your count and motility but if it is not there then you can improve your cont using medicines like hey forte,co enzyme q etc so don't waste time go for it becoz time is precious in infertility
