hi, my triglycerides is 224, HDL is 50, VLDL is 44.8, LDL is 106.2 & total LIPID are 530. In scan, it was observed fatty infiltration of grade 1 in Liver. Please suggest me wt to do now? how dangerous it is? what to include & wt to exclude from my diet and my daily life styal?
