Can Any Other Medication Be Taken For Elevated BP After Being On Galvus Met, Ascard, Norvasc For Diabetes?

Dr,I m diabetic type 2 patient from 10 years,I m taking daily GALVUS MET 850/50 + ASCARD75 mg+ NORVASC 5 mg. But from couple of days my blood pressure is raisup at evening about 5 pm ,check the BP its 95/153 please tell me how to control or take other medicine with NORVASC/ any other one coeasyda can also take with Many thanks

Hello,

It is advisible to maintain the blood pressure around 130/84 mmHg.
There are certain things that you may follow to bring down your blood pressure.
Reduce the intake of salt(4 mg/day).
Exercise regularly(45 mins a day).
Increase the dose of amlodipine or add another group of anti hypertensive drug.
COnsult your doctor regularly.
