Hello and welcome to HCM, The semen analysis is as follows:
The physical characters- semen color, volume, pH and viscosity are within normal limits. The sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml. In your case the sperm count is 200 million per ml. Thus, the counts are within normal limits. A normal semen sample should show atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology. In your case only 10% sperms have normal morphology. Absence of leukocytes is within normal limits. The motility of the sperms is not mentioned.
However. on the basis of this report sub-normal morphology can be commented. The final report can be given only after 3 semen sample analysis and when all parameters are assessed.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
