Hi. welcome to "Ask A Doctor" service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
Infact the prognosis and management of aortic stenosis depends on the symptoms .If there are symptoms of stenosis like angina or syncope, then sur gory should be done as survival may be from 2 years to five years without surgory .
howe'ver if there are ni symptoms , then it can left and assessed every 6 months .
minimal surgory can be done if not fit for valve replacement .

Hopes I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this.
kind Regards
Dr Rahman.
