Can Back Pain Result To Sinus Infection?

Hi, for the last few days I have been having pain in the back of my head when swallowing and when looking up. Within the last two weeks I also have been really congested and experienced a sinus infection. Should I be concerned about the back of my head?

I hope you mean occipital headache. Commonly radiating headache will be there in sinusitis. It should be concerned. CT scan of sinus is recommended for further management.
