Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Infra red light cannot repair broken ligament at your spine. So we need to first confirm what is actual problem by doing MRI of spine. It gives detail of ligaments , disc a and nerve roots. So visit a radiology center nearby you and get it done. If it's grade 1 or 2 tear it will heal completely with rest for one month. If it's grade 3 it needs to repaired surgically. Visit expert spine surgeon and get yourself examined.
