Hi, I am 39 year old, my height is 5.8 I am doing bodybuilding since 15 years, 10 year back I had a Back injury while lifting weight from ground (dead lift) my ligament was broken, and doctor advised not to lift weight, although i was not lifting weight but i was doing excercise for back also. still i have severe backpain, sometime there is no pain, sometime pain is there, if not doing excersice pain increases. kindly advise me the solution what to do ?
