Hello, I was doing some sit ups last night but only about 20 or so. I then proceeded to do some half push ups. When I tried to get up my back felt like it have given out. I could hardly get up and walk. When I woke up this morning the room was spinning like a vertigo moment. My lower back still hurts and I keep getting dizzy spells. Is the back issue related to the dizziness somehow?
