How Can A Painful Back Sprain Be Treated?

i recently sprained my back and my doctor prescribed hydrocodone. i take one a day but my pain is still there. Thats not the problem though, when i take them i have more ambition more drive and am generaly better. I know that these arentfor mental things and knowone will just prescribe them for that but what are these clasified as, maybe i should get on an anti depreesant.

You can take tablet chlorzoxazone + paracetamol twice a day which will help releive your back muscle spasm and paracetamol will provide pain relief.
