General & Family Physician Dr. Gegin George's  Response
Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic.

No, belching is solely a symptom of gastrointestinal origin, and cannot be attributed to any common heart diseases. Hyper acidity and reflux, which usually causes belching, may mimic a cardiac condition by producing chest pain. However, this pain does not radiate and is burning in nature, unlike cardiac pain , which feels like feel pressure or squeezing in the chest.
