Can Bladder Infection Cause Limb Weakness And Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

I am inquiring about my 79 year old mother. She has been experiencing weakness in her legs and her neck. Yesterday she got very dizzy and I took her to ER....her heart and pulse and bloodwork were good. But she does have a bladder infection...could these symptons be the result of a bladder infection? Also, she is on 4 different medications that got changed a week and a half ago and this is when all of this started.
