Hi, Firstly, please get the pregnancy confirmed through a serum beta-hCG titre estimation along with a trans-vaginal sonogram which would also give you the state of the pregnancy, if confirmed. See a specialist immediately for complete evaluation. If pregnancy is confirmed, you could be having a threatened abortion and need absolute bed rest, abstinence and hormonal supplements if advised by your doctor along with regular monitoring. If pregnancy is excluded, you should get treatment for the possible hormonal imbalance before you plan a pregnancy, which would be advisable in view of your previous abortion. Hope this helps.
Hi, Thanks for writing to us. You should consult a gynaecologist immediately because your symptoms are suggestive of misscarriage. You should get done your ultrasonography test to see the growth of your foetus. Good luck. Regards Dr. Richa
