Hello It seems from the history that you are having floaters and you are taking treatment for hypertension, warfarin. You are also having macular degeneration and possible glaucoma.
Floaters are because of problems in the posterior part of the eye mainly in the vitreous in the form of vitreous opacities, vitreous hemorrhage.
The medications you are using are not related to the floaters. Floaters require examination by a ophthalmologist to findout the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Blood pressure medicine will not give rise to black spot. They are called musci volitantis .With your age they are normal. Try to live with the spot. Slowly you will learn to adjust. If black spot increases further, fundus examination to look for retinal detachment or retinal tear to be done by an eye doctor. Available treatment for gloucoma and macular degenaration to be managed by ophthalmologist only.
