Can Borderline Anemia Cause Fluid Retention In Body?
Hello, I have a lot of generalized edema, water retention all over my body, especially my legs ... my bloodwork comes out good, except that my ferritin level is 9, and my hemoglobin/hematocrit is just below normal... Could low iron, borderline anemia be causing this fluid retention? I have had everything else checked and it is all in normal limits, including thyroid... thank you!
