Can Brown Discharge With Cramping And Bleeding Mean Pregnancy?

i thought i was pregnant but as of two days ago i have been having dark red blood mixed with discharge lots of cramping with lots of clotting my period wasnt due until today 5/25 . for some reason i feel im pregnant...i have periods that are not regular the bleeding like this has been going on for 3 months sometimes its the whole month could i be pregnant? i had placenta previa with my last child..i am also RH negative please help!!!

If you don't have evidence of being pregnant that kind of spotting does not mean pregnancy. Once pregnancy is ruled out I would perform a endovaginal sonogram to discard several other causes of abnormal bleeding such as uterine Polyps and Myomas, abnormal endometrial growth and ovulatory dysfunction. Lab tests would help too, in case an endocrinologic condition is suspected. Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a frequent cause of irregular and unpredictable bleeding patterns in women
