Can Children Born With Club Feet And Pallate Opening Be Given Growth Hormone Replacement Treatment?

I have two granddaughters both have similar problems and both are considered short stature. Both were evaluated about 1 and 1/2 years ago for growth hormone replacement treatment and denied. They are both about 12 inches shorter than other children teir age. both were born with club feet and pallate opening. Their ages are 5 and 6 and both attend regular school. I want a second opinion. The eldest one also has scoliosis and a year ago received growth rods.I feel that they can both benefit from the gowth hormone and if that does not work then try something else.
