can i take chirata herbs in ulcers.as i was drinking chirata herbs for 1 month.for that i have some stomach(ulcers) problem. but it helps me a lot .as i have thyroid problem so my skin get ting darker,but after taking chirata herbs my skin is glowing.so my question is can i take this herbs again and how often .
