Hello and welcome to HCM!
I read carefully about your question! Based on the parameters you reported, I would say that you have a favorable lipidic profile, even though total cholesterol HDL and LDL are all at borderline levels. Your tryglicerides are low (which is good) but your HDL is on the lower edge of protective level. What is important is the ratio total cholesterol / HDL which in your case is 211 / 41 = 5.14, which is slightly higher than it should be.
Now what to do? Exercising reduces lipid levels and improves your lipidic profile. No doubts about that. Please do not forget to avoid fat foods as well. Please avoid alcohol use when taking Rozat! Continue taking this medicine as long as the lipidic profile is improved and then ask your doctor if you can stop using it and maintain lipidic balance by ecercise and diet! I think that with these measures you will improve your overall lipidic profile.
Best!
