hi, my brother he is 33 trs old diagnosed with chronic meningitis,increased icp and ? tb meningitis . he is on medications now. treatment started 2 months back.still he is c/o mild headaches,intermittently and when he walks he feels unstable,kind of wavy feelings.is it normal or not?
TB meningitis needs prolonged treatment, lasting for 12-18 months. So, it could be natural effect of infection. However, if in doubt, get a brain scan done to rule out hydrocephalus.
